Direct access to the mall via sky bridge. Excellent Japanese restaurant. Warm and welcoming staff. High-quality gym equipment and a clean swimming pool. Luxurious details in the room. Good air conditioning.

We had a fantastic romantic escape to this hotel! the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of dishes to choose from, including fresh pastries and delicious croissants. the onsen was a highlight of our stay, with a sauna facility that was unique and rare to find. We also appreciated the beautiful views of the city from our room and the proximity of the hotel to the shopping mall, which made it very convenient for us to get around.

The main downside for us was that the gym facilities were a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. it would have been nice if the hotel provided shuttle services to the nearby tourist attractions.
